I felt the love in February for sure! 💗

Historically, my birthday month has not been the easiest time of year for me.

But this year I did some deeper reflection on what I wanted from my birthday and made it happen! From a very special trip with a very special friend, to multiple celebrations with friends and family, plus my usual plenty of time devoted to my ongoing favorite form of self-love and care—training!—I absolutely loved my birthday month this year! 😍💗💪
