Did November get away from you? Maybe you meant to join the Planks & Thanks Challenge (or maybe you knew it wasn’t the right season to commit to 30 days straight).

Either way, you’re in luck!

I loved Planksgiving so much (hello, stronger, pain-free shoulders + stable, strong core 🙌) that I’m running it back to back, this time as Planksmas in December!

This time around, I’m focusing less on perfection and more on presence, treating each plank as a little moment to pause, breathe, and feel grounded through the holiday hustle and bustle.

Modify as needed or desired and make it work for you. (I usually do 1–2 rounds instead of 3, to get the benefits and strength without the stress and burnout!)

Invite your family, friends, or holiday visitors to join in—it’s a surprisingly fun way to connect and stay consistent together! In fact, why not forward this post or email to a friend and invite them to do the challenge with you for a built-in accountability buddy to commiserate with? 🤣 😅
