π Planksgiving is back! πͺ
It's a new month, and you definitely don't need a new year to kick off (or continue!) a commitment to your health!
Ready to feel stronger and more centered through the holidays? The Better with Becky Planks & Thanks Challenge is back: 30+ days of plank variations + gratitude practice to build a stronger core and make space for mindfulness. π§ββοΈ
I'm starting today, Monday, November 2, leaning into that fresh-start feeling. But you don't have to!
Fit fitness into your life, not the other way around
Flexibility might just be the name of the game this fall. The goal isn't a perfect schedule or ticking every box. It's finding small, intentional ways to keep showing up and getting stronger, even when life gets busy.
Here's what we're working with:
- β New plank variations daily
- π Weekly plank flow challenges
- π Daily gratitude practice (even just thinking βI'm grateful to be breathingβ while planking, and remembering to breathe! π )
You get to make this challenge YOURS!
Start in your own space, go at your own pace, and make adjust for your body and schedule. If the challenge calls for 3 sets of 60 seconds and you've got 1 set of 30 seconds today? Perfectly good place to start! Modify the movement, sets, reps or time, and build from there.
Or challenge yourself to tackle every set, even the toughest variations, on the calendar you set. Trust me, there's plenty here to challenge even a strong core! π€£
Either way, don't be surprised if your strength sneaks up on you this Planksgiving. π
Start small. Stay steady. Build strength. πͺ
A few mindful minutes today. A little consistency for your core (and more!). And maybe, by the holidays, a habit that's starting to feel like part of who you are.

Here's to less scrolling, more planking, and making room for what matters. π§‘
