The next 5-week phase of Build with Becky is all about getting back to the basics — squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry — so we can build strength that actually carries over in real life.

Think: developing and maintaining the practical strength needed to carry luggage, groceries, and backpacks, paired with cultivating the psychological strength to carry through with all the responsibilities of life that add up to managing stress effectively, from off-schedule summer chaos to busy back-to-school season energy…all while still keeping a promise to yourself to show up and stay strong.

Inside this phase of Build with Becky, you’ll get:

  • ✅ up to 3 progressive, full-body strength workouts/week
  • ✅ 3 exercise options for each movement (full gym, limited equipment, and bodyweight/band options)
  • ✅ a bilateral squat + push emphasis
  • ✅ tempo work, pulses, and isometric holds to challenge and create more time under tension for muscles to grow
  • ✅ carry-focused finishers for core, grip strength, and improved posture
  • ✅ mindful moments to help you reflect, reset, and give yourself grace to carry it all, not just blindly push through to the point of burnout.
