That's why the newest phase of Build with Becky: Realign, is designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and move through daily life with greater confidence.
This 5-week program uses unilateral (single-sided) training to help identify and strengthen weak spots, improve stability, and bring awareness to movement patterns that may be contributing to nagging aches, pains, or limitations.
We'll pair focused unilateral strength work with dynamic, efficient full-body combination movements, balance challenges, guided mobility, and short follow-along breathing finishers designed to leave you feeling energized, grounded, and ready for whatever the rest of your day may bring.
Whether you're hiking, traveling, chasing kids or grandkids, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more capable in your regular, everyday life, BWB: Realign is built to meet you where you are with:
