I always enjoy a little re-anchoring this time of year, as spring comes back around and fresh veggies start to sound more appetizing! Adding more greens, and really vegetables of all colors, back in, after what sometimes can be an extended period of heavier comfort food over winter, just feels refreshing and supportive! π±π₯π
