Welcome to the next 5-week phase of Build with Becky: Prime+Progress!

This well-rounded program emphasizes a different major lift each workout:

  • βœ… Workout A is focused on the squat pattern
  • βœ… Workout B leads with hip thrusts
  • βœ… Workout C is all about the hinge has you performing your deadlift of choice!

This phase of the program is focused on building strength, which means if you opt for Option 1 you'll be going heavier and doing fewer reps. To prime your body and prepare, this program features a Pattern Priming Warm-up which is a BWB fan favorite for its practicality in preparing the body for any kind of movement, in or out of the gym! Think of this as a "teach a (wo)man to fish" kind of program - once you know how to warm-up effectively and prime your movement patterns, you can safely prepare for any workout (or hike, run, or other movement) in the gym or in your life!
