This isn’t another holiday hustle challenge or an all-or-nothing reset. It’s a short and sweet, flexible, feel-good way to keep moving through the rest of this year and into the next, without adding stress to your plate.

You can start anytime and move through the 12 days of movement minimums at any pace, and in any place that works for you. Miss a day? No problem. Pick it back up when you can. This is about consistency with grace.
