Christmas Kickoff: Cozy Season has started!

Listen… I’ve already been watching pretty terrible Netflix Christmas Specials for weeks (along with the nostalgic greats…Elf is non-negotiable, but Home Alone and The Santa Claus will always have a special place in my heart)…

But this past weekend, seeing the Orlando Ballet perform The Nutcracker really sealed the deal: it officially feels like the holiday season! 🎄🫶💫

From a festive welcome reception to meeting members of the Orlando Ballet advisory board, making new friends, and even getting a special backstage pass to meet the dancers afterward, it was a shimmering, special event to kick off Christmas.

Here’s your little reminder to pause amid the holiday hustle

• 🙅‍♀️ Leave the unwrapped presents and the never-ending to-do list for a bit, and just go be present.
• 🫶Grab your person or your people, and be a human being, not a human doing.

Because sure, it might feel impossible to slow down right now… …but, if you don’t take that mindful moment now and then to just be…this super-special season might just pass you by. 🤔
