I just said yes to another round of continuing education! 🎓🥳
I’ve officially enrolled in the @precisionnutrition Level 1 Sleep, Stress Management, & Recovery Certification — which is all about addressing the sometimes-trickier-and-more-intangible-than-training-and-nutrition missing link behind so many stalled goals: 💩 sleep, chronic stress, and never really recovering.
As a bonus I’ll also be undertaking advanced coursework in menopause and metabolic health out of personal and professional interest!
Here’s why this matters for all of us!
