Movement Dictates Mood
Morning Mood Today
- 😵Woke up early for a flight today with less than optimal sleep
- 😒No time for a full workout before extended period of sitting on a plane
- 🙈Airport food not the best
- 🔄 First day of my cycle
AND ALSO:
- 🧖♀️📚got 10 min in the sauna and a few minutes to read in
- 🍳managed to get in 40g of protein
- 🚶♀️🎒made time for a 15 min “ruck” (walk with my backpack) before boarding the plane
- 💪did 1 round of my “planks & thanks” challenge day 11
…and just like that, my mood improved! ✅
I’m not saying don’t listen to your body…but I am saying bodies can be cranky until they get moving! 🤣 Reserve judgement, get the blood flowing and THEN re-assess how you feel!
