Here’s your periodic reminder…to not let perfect be the enemy of good! 👍
Life will always manage to hand you a curveball:
- a busy day
- travel
- holidays
- injury
If you let all of these derail your perfectly planned workouts…you’ll never get anywhere! 😅
But…believe it or not…if you simply set an intention to keep moving, consistently, however you can, wherever you are…all those small efforts, over days, weeks, months, years…add up to a LIFETIME of prioritizing feeling better in your body! 💪
So let’s try some curiosity!
Instead of “ugh I don’t have time to workout”… what if we made that statement into a question, and asked ourselves: “hmm…I have 5 (or 10/15/30) minutes…how could I move my body right here, right now, to feel better?” 🤔
This is a growth mindset in action. Replacing fixed ideas with curiosity, and exploring what’s possible.
Some days a walk and some stretching at the airport are all I have time for. And that’s good enough! 🥰
